fascism is ideology of underachieving losers who don't want to improve their intellect and when consequences happen, they blame everyone but themselves and wonder why they don't get another chance

I personally believe that fascism arises when social mobility occurs and those who are socially moving downwards, begin to radicalize when they lose a position that they have not deserved for decades but have not been replaced before because society does not focus on efficiency and proper scientific thinking. Or maybe society has evolved a long time ago, but some rich lobbyists are still breathing unsustainable thinking and bad business, but they are running out of money.

It has been seen in the case of Russia, those influencers who received money from Russia went to American conservatives because Russia cannot afford to pay for propaganda and institutions that support the Kremlin's values as before. And in the future, the United States will also collapse and where will these grifters go? To China? China is unlikely to pay them a salary that they can get by with, so the saga of anglo-eurasian postmodern fascism seems to be over.

But in short, do you know that employee at your workplace who always complains about all the new and sustainable thinking, practices, and work? the one who says "so you want to improve this? in your dreams. i don't care because i don't believe that it would work. this is just my excuse to stop improving my work, ok? I want easy money" or they are pissed off when someone mentions about dei courses which teaches things that even your average five year old from educated family would know without any courses. well, sustainable companies don't really like people who don't want to improve, are being know-it-all and even try to mislead their collagues to thinking unsustainably. so eventually, they want to get rid of them.

The truth about Finland, where there was a lot of fascist thinking even before the refugee crisis, was that Finland was the top country in PISA in all subjects and in 2008 the PISA results started to collapse. The University Act was amended in 2010, when universities began to lose their academic autonomy. So we started giving power to those who didn't deserve power in the first place. Before, at least until the end of the 2000s, Finland had a natural social mobility that ensured that if you didn't like the Nordic values, you could remain on the margins, and fascism was considered the ideology of uneducated white trash losers which will not take you anywhere. But when the mechanism is removed that allows academics to act independently and they have a lot of intellectual power in society that cleanses even the rich of that reactionary garbage, the white trash mentality, then it should not be surprising why the entire society is driven into economic recession and everyone is poor.
